The program consists of two integrated streams:
NSB Academy – A rolling 5-year development pathway for junior surfers aged 8–18, combining fitness, ocean safety, surf education, and club competition.
NSB Elite Program – A dedicated high-performance stream for one selected surfer each year, in partnership with Surfing NSW, Surfing Australia, and the Surfing Australia High Performance Centre.
